By ordering from Oakley Hockey you are agreeing to our terms & conditions. These T&Cs may be changed without any prior notification; any changes will be displayed on this page. Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

 

Oakley Hockey Limited is a UK based company and we comply with UK Consumer law. This includes the Distance Selling Regulations, which give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt.

 

Pricing & discount codes:

The price showing on the website at the time of order will be the honoured price. All listed prices on the website are excluding delivery. Delivery is a separate price added to the order. Discount codes can be offered & if you’re lucky enough to receive one please note the all have expiry dates.

 

Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping is charged on all consignments at the current rates based on weight or size. Please note that if you are ordering from outside the EU, there will be import duties / local taxes to be paid on deliveries by the customer.

 

Claims:

Notification of damage or shortages must be made to Oakley Hockey Ltd within 5 days of receipt of goods.

 

Security:

Payment is taken from your card at the time we receive your order. Your details will never be passed on to any third parties. We don’t like receiving cold callers, so the last thing we would want is for our customers to receive them!
